If you are looking for fun in your training, accountability from professionals and the subtle support of a group then this training is for you. Our group training program is used to supplement your personal training and is free as part of any personal training program. It is also available as a group training option only for those of you in ‘maintenance’ mode. Phone us for more details on our new programs and how this works.

*Hate to sound snobby but we don’t just train anyone. This is for down to earth, real people who just want to feel great and improve the quality of the rest of life!

The first week of every month we will be doing performance markers in some of the sessions, the result of which will be put up on the website (if you like, so you can track your progress). Insert link to an excel spreadsheet page.

See below for a brand new, “training with the boss” offer for existing clients only. For a limited time only from May 10 you can join in my training here at the pool every Tuesday and Thursday for a half hour of power session which could be swimming, cycling, boxing or strength. At 12.00 pm sharp, I will be training for 30 minutes only. Join in and let’s push it a little! You must let me know you are coming.
