Next year we will be offering you the opportunity to measure your progress with  Fitness Test week. In the last week of every quarter, instead of the regular group training sessions we will be doing benchmarking of where you are at. You will have a choice of being tested on cycling, swimming, running, rowing, push ups, chin ups and or measurements of waist, hips and the skinfold of your choice.

Sounds like fun doesn’t it?

We figure that you need to know how you are going a little more regularly.

You can’t improve what you don’t measure!
